STEP 1
We make an onsite visit to measure, take photos, identify focal points and choose appropriate colors and styles that compliment the home. For occupied stages we identify the needs of the home and make written recommendations once under contract.
STEP 2
Seller, Realtor and our team identify an Open House timeline and begin our processes to meet those goals.. For occupied stages this is when we present the seller and agent with our PROVEN ACTION LIST.
STEP 3
Our design team plans out your stage, using our inventory system, to ensure each room is adequately furnished and accessorized to create emotional connection with buyers in every room of the home. We pack up, show up and stage your listing- usually in one day!

Open House weekend!
STEP 5
Congratulations, your listing is SOLD! We remove the staging and are off to our next listing!
Vacant Home Staging
